Commercial Auction Results – Week ending 18 November 2016

Over the week ending 18 November, preliminary results show that 52.1 per cent of the 23 reported commercial auctions were successful. On a week on week basis, auction activity is lower, with 68 auctions held over the previous week with 58.8 per cent successful and also lower than the equivalent week last year, with a total of 94 auctions reported and a 57.4 per cent clearance rate. There have been 232 commercial auction results reported over the past four weeks, with 134 sales. The total value of transactions, based on the 85 results with a sale price is just short of $189.9 million.
