Commercial Auction Results – Week ending 22 July 2016

The preliminary clearance rate over the week ending 22 July was 56.5 per cent, up from 44.7 per cent over the previous week. There were 23 commercial auctions reported last week, compared to 38 the previous week and 41 at the same time last year, when just over half of all reported auctions cleared (51.2 per cent). Over the past four weeks a total of 161 auctions have been reported with 89 transactions. Of these 89 sales, 68 have been reported with a sale price, totalling just over $240.2 million.2016_07_22_Auction_Graph
