Commercial Auction Results – Week ending 15 March 2016

The preliminary clearance rate over the week ending 15 April was 70 per cent, having increased from a revised 64.1 per cent the previous week. There were 30 commercial auctions reported last week, compared to 30 the previous week and 73 at the same time last year when the clearance rate was lower at 54.8 per cent. Over the past four weeks, 129 auctions have been reported with 75 transactions. Of these 75 transactions, 55 have been reported with a sale price, totalling just under $95.1 million.
