Commercial Auction Results – Week ending 24 July 2015

There were 34 auctions reported over the week ending 24 July 2015 and based on these preliminary results, the clearance rate was 38.2 per cent. In comparison, over the previous week, 51.1 per cent of the 47 commercial auctions were successful, while at the same time last year, 40 commercial properties were taken to auction and of these, 57.5 per cent were sold. Over the most recent four week period there have been 144 reported results with 76 transactions. Of these transactions, 58 have been reported with a sale price and the total value of these transactions was just under $125.2 million.
